The aim of this session is to help you to:

Understand ground rules and the ingredients needed for a successful meeting
Understand roles and responsibilities of committee members
Feel more confident to host and contribute to meetings

This training is for committee members, trustees and directors from city of Manchester based VCSE organisations.
