Mosscare St Vincent Housing Group NEW Customer Voice Strategy

FreeThe Customer Voice & Influence Team are leading the co-production of MSV’s NEW Customer Voice Strategy. We are working with TPAS to develop the new framework, which will ensure we meet new regulatory requirements and ensure the customer voice is embedded across every department. We are looking for your views and feedback on customer engagement. This will help shape our strategy and create our wider Customer Voice model, ensuring business wide engagement standards are met and meaningful involvement with our customers is delivered to a high standard. All participants will receive a £20 voucher as a huge thank you for contributions.
